‘Who the heck is in charge?’

Editor:

Is it not bad enough that ODNR is disrupting the Buckeye Lake Region as never before, that recently Buckeye Lake Village residents received a letter from the village water department stating “ We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are a indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. During the First Quarter of 2015 time period we did not monitor for the following contaminants and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time. TOTAL TRIHALOMETHANES (TTHM), HALOACETIC ACIDS, FIVE (HAA5)”

We have noticed “dirty” water from the spigot and were told they were flushing lines. My question: WHO THE HECK IS IN CHARGE AND WHY ARE THEY NOT MONITORING AS ‘REQUIRED’?

Like most citizens, I’VE ABOUT HAD IT WITH OUR PUBLIC ‘SERVANTS’ SCREWING AROUND WITH US AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB! How much are we going to take of this BALONEY?
