Dawes Arboretum – Ohio 13, three miles north of I-70.

Night Hike- Friday, November 21, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Experience The Arboretum at night! Kids and adults are welcome to attend the hike through collections, woodlands and trails on one of our most popular programs. Free, meet at the Visitors Center Deck.

Luminary Tour- Friday, Dec. 5, 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Dawes Arboretum brings you an evening of illumination with 1,500 candle luminaries. Join us inside the Visitors Center after the drive for a cup of hot cocoa, a holiday treat and some activities for the whole family. All proceeds will benefit the Licking County Food Pantry.

Holly Fair- Saturday, Dec. 6, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Our second annual gathering of local artists and crafts people displaying their holiday treasures. Enjoy refreshments while shopping for those one-of-a-kind special gifts for your loved ones. Daweswood Gifts will offer 10% off to all visitors and, as a special holiday “thank you,” an additional 10% discount to our members. Eat, drink, shop and be merry! Free, meet at the Visitor Center.

Breakfast with Santa – Millersport. Come out Saturday, Nov. 29 from 8 a.m. to noon to have breakfast with Santa at the Millersport Fire Station. Enjoy waffles, omelets, pancakes and all the sides. Cost is $6 for adults and children 12 and uder $3.

Fantasy of Lights Alum Creek State Park. Nov. 21 through Dec. 30. This annual two mile drive through extravaganza features 125 light displays, many with animation, Alum Creek State Park Marina, 4000 Hollenback Rd., Lewis Center, (740) 369-2900,

Vintage Voices – Granville. The Vintage Voices choir of Granville is preparing a Christmas program of seasonal music to be presented during the Granville Candlelight Walking Tour Dec. 6 as well as several other venues during December. This year’s performance schedule includes:

• Saturday, Dec. 6, 7:15 and 8:15 p.m.: Granville Candlelight Walking Tour at the Centenary United Methodist Church

Vintage Voices is a mixed voices choir whose more than 70 members are all 50 years of age or older. All concerts are free and open to the public.
