A graveside funeral service for T. Eileen Stalter, 90, of Newark, formerly of Hebron, was held February 7, 2011, in the Kirkersville Cemetery with Pastor Steven Brown as celebrant. A luncheon, celebrating her life, followed at the Hebron Christian Church.
Eileen died suddenly, Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at her home. She was born August 21, 1920, in Kirkersville, the daughter of the late Harvey D and Mary Annabelle (Mason) Amspaugh. She was a 1938 graduate of Hebron High School and retired in 1982 from Contour Forming, Inc.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Stalter in December, 1993; her two brothers, Jack and Charles Amspaugh; her sister, Doris Robberts; and her step-daughter, Norma Johnson.
She is survived by her stepdaughter, Shirley Stalter and son of Blacklick; step son-in-law, James Johnson and children of Oxford, Florida; sister-in-law, Nellie Amspaugh; nieces and nephews, Cheryl (Tony) Sobleski, Jackie (Lowell) Scott, Yvonne (Richard) Wood, Kathie Amspaugh, Joe (Joan) Amspaugh, Bob (Deby) Amspaugh, Doug (Marianne) Amspaugh and Gail (Nancy) Amspaugh; her dear friends, David and Annelle Porter of Hebron; and many dear friends at the Northtowne Condo Association.
