Last Saturday evening was just what this community needed to blow off a little steam. It was great to see residents enjoying themselves and watching and remembering the old days when Mopar was the King of the Road.
We’re sure business owners were happy to see the crowds of people up and down Ohio 79 having fun and spending money. I hope it was a little shot in the arm that they needed to forget for a little bit about the dam crisis.
We want to especially thank the Buckeye Lake, Hebron and Union Township police departments plus the Licking County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol for being very patient and letting the Mopar folks show off a little, letting our younger generation enjoy the Mopar sensation.
We were there when Reynoldsburg
Police tickets Mopar drivers beyond belief and we hear that Heath doesn’t like the revenue with, so I say let them come back here next year to enjoy the small town atmosphere while cruising up and down Ohio 79 and around the North Shore. What a cool way to put some positive feelings back into our little town. It was great!!
