Rosemary McClaskey, age 74 of Pleasantville, passed away in her home on December 10, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and sister. She cared for everyone and put everyone’s needs before her own. She retired in 2012 after 35 years at Hub Plastics.
Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Tina (Jack) Rathgaber, of Reynoldsburg, Rosalyn (Tom) Hamrick, of Gahanna, Judy (Hector) Estremera, of Westerville, and Christine Richards, of Pataskala; grandchildren, Eric (Janet) McClaskey, Penny Kunkle, Jackie Rathgaber, Brittany (Brian) Harris, and Anthony Richards; great-grandchildren, Deven Draper, Jackson Smith, Ember Mc- Claskey, Slade McClaskey, and Jack Rathgaber; brother, Henry O’Brien, of Newark; sisters, Nancy Hedrick, of Jacktown, and Violet Wilhite, of Frazeysburg; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Dorothy Hedrick; husband, Bobbie McClaskey; brother, Timothy O’Brien; and sisters, Freda Smith and Mildred O’Brien.
Funeral service was December 15, 2014, at the Johnson- Smith Funeral Home, Baltimore, with Reverend Deb Click officiating. Burial followed in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Baltimore.
