Ralph David Loewendick, 76, of Hebron, died September 3, 2012 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
Born to the late Sylvester and Mary Loewendick of Newark, Ralph was President of the S.G. Loewendick and Sons, Inc., a charter member of the National Demolition Association, a 50 year member of the Ohio Operating Engineers Local 18 and an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Warsaw, KY, for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal; children, Terrie (John) Reames, Vickie (Melvin) Kiser, R. David (Celeste) Loewendick, Jr., Joseph H. (Brenda) Loewendick, Michael (Angie) Fry; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Steele of Florida; and many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Ralph was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, James, and Jerry Loewendick.
Friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 650 West Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Interment willl be at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
