Buckeye Lake

• Oct. 21: A North Bank Road woman said juveniles were interfering with traffic.

• Oct. 21: A Walnut Road woman said her husband’s blood pressure dropped and he left their home before a squad could arrive, stating that he was fine. The husband returned and a squad was called. The husband’s vitals were fine at that time. He was advised to contact his doctor.

• Oct. 21: A driver was cited for running a stop sign.

• Oct. 22: Two drivers were each cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Oct. 22: A driver was cited for traveling 47 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Oct. 22: Police assisted Hebron Police on a shots fired call.

• Oct. 22: Police ran the plates on a pick-up truck with an equipment violation and discovered that the truck was listed as stolen. Police stopped the vehicle. Its driver said he was buying the vehicle and didn’t know the plates were stolen. His driver’s license was suspended and he could not prove he was insured. The driver was charged with DUS and fictitious tags, and the truck was impounded.

• Oct. 23: Police were dispatched to Motel 6 on a report of a disturbance. An employee said a man was demanding a refund and may be intoxicated. The officer informed the man he could stay at the hotel and not receive a refund or he could leave immediately and be refunded later.

• Oct. 23: Police assisted a Licking County Sheriff’s Office deputy with a traffic stop.

• Oct. 24: A Worth Drive man told police that he and his brother had a dispute. It was later revealed a firearm was discharged during the altercation. Both brothers were charged with disorderly conduct.

• Oct. 25: A driver was cited for traveling 52 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Oct. 25: Police assisted the Buckeye Lake Fire Department at a structure fire.

• Oct. 25: Police checked out a report of a domestic dispute at a Walnut Road residence. The dispute was verbal and the complainant chose to leave the residence.

• Oct. 25: A Smith Street resident complained of telephone harassment.

• Oct. 26: Police were dispatched to a Walnut Road residence on a report of a possible domestic dispute. A couple at the residence said they had just had physical relations.
