NEWARK – The Licking County Health Department has administered almost 16,000 doses of the H1N1 vaccine since it became available, and the vaccine will continue to be offered free of charge during future clinics. The Health Department’s H1N1 clinic schedule is as follows:
• Monday, December 28, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Licking County Health Department, 675 Price Road, Newark.
• Tuesday, December 29, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
at Licking County Health Department, 675 Price Road, Newark.
• Wednesday, December 30, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Licking County Health Department, 675 Price Road, Newark.
Children under the age of 10 in need of an H1N1 booster are eligible to be vaccinated at each clinic, as long as it has been a minimum of 28 days since the child received its first H1N1 vaccine.
