I am one of millions of people who are committed to bringing us closer to a world free of Multiple Sclerosis.
Every hour of every day someone is newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis – an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information between the brain and the body and stops people from moving. I understand the effects of Multiple Sclerosis first hand; My Son has Multiple Sclerosis.
March 14 to 20 is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week and there are countless ways to get involved.
Some simple things you can do include visiting MSsociety.org, and making a donation to the National MS Society, volunteering, pledging a Walk MS or Bike MS event participant, or participating yourself.
During this important week, I encourage everyone to help create a world free of Multiple Sclerosis. Whatever you do, no matter how small, it can make a big impact in the lives of people affected by the disease.
