PUBLIC ASSISTANCE COMPUTER SYSTEM OUTAGE
Due to system maintenance and updates being conducted by the State of Ohio, staff at Licking County Job & Family Services (LCJFS) will be unable to access the public assistance computer system starting 3:00 P.M., Thursday, April 22nd through 8:00 A.M, Tuesday, April 27th.
IMPACT TO CUSTOMERS
We apologize for and will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience to customers. Due to the computer system outage, LCJFS staff will not be able to process case transactions or applications for public assistance. Please keep in mind that staff will also be unable to access existing case information and will not be able to answer case-specific questions concerning eligibility or benefits beginning 3:00 P.M., April 22nd through 8:00A.M., April 27th. To minimize the impact to the community, we encourage customers to conduct as much business on their public assistance cases as possible before April 22nd.
NOTE: During this period, individuals can still apply for Public Assistance Benefits by stopping by the Agency to complete a paper application or by calling 740.670.8999 to request a paper application be mailed to them.
The State assures us that we will regain normal operational function at 8:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 27th.
