Joan Iris “Beav” Clark




Joan Iris “Beav” Clark, 78, of Hebron, died peacefully March 21, 2016, at her home with her husband at her side. Joan was born April 3, 1937, in Conesville, the daughter of the late Richard and Dillie (Derringer) Holdsworth.

She was a graduate of West Lafayette High School and worked for many years for the Lakewood School District as secretary to the principal at Hebron Elementary. Following retirement, she worked in the water department at the Village of Hebron.

She enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, reading and boating.

She is survived by her loving family: husband, Harry “Huck” Clark of Hebron; daughter, Debbie (Alan) Clark-Jones of Columbus; and grandson, Cameron Aranita of California.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Doug Clark in 1991.

Honoring Joan’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time.
