Do you want to become a chaplain?

HEBRON – Basic Chaplain Training is being offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 20 thru August 2, at Hebron Christian Church, 610 W. Main St. Cost for the week is $300 if registered by June 21.

Chaplains serve in many different areas of the community and can be a healing force in times of crisis. The International Fellowship of Chaplains offers training and credentialing for individuals to serve the community and the workplace. After successful completion of the course, students can apply for license and credentials as an IFOC Chaplain. This 47-hour course in Chaplaincy is accredited. Four hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) are available through Heidelberg University.
