DeBruin elected to fourth term as Farm Bureau Trustee

COLUMBUS – Patty DeBruin of Millersport was re-elected as a Trustee for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) Dec. 12. This will be her fourth threeyear term as the representative of Farm Bureau members in 24 Ohio counties. She was re-elected during OFBF’s annual meeting in Columbus.

DeBruin, an Ohio State University graduate, is a 19-year member of the Fairfield County Farm Bureau. She served as president and was active in promotion and education efforts as well as with public policy activities at the local level. She has been active in the Ohio Cattlewomen, served as 2nd vice president of the American National Cattlewomen’s Association and served on the Ohio State University Extension advisory committee.

She and her husband, Steve, raise stocker beef cattle. She also assists in her husband’s veterinary practice. The DeBruins have four daughters and are members of St. Patrick’s parish.
