Serving all the communities of the Buckeye Lake Region

Boat parade set for 4th of July

BUCKEYE LAKE – “American Pride on Buckeye Lake” is the theme for this year’s annual Boat Parade.

The parade starts at 11:00 am, leaving from Liebs Island and travelling along the West Bank, North Bank, through Cranberry Bay and past Harbor Hills, ending at Captain Woody’s. This year’s earlier start time should give everyone more time, following the parade for their family picnics and get-togethers.

The Grand Marshall is Paul Clark. Paul has been entertaining people around the lake for many years and it is a real honor to have him lead the parade as this year’s Grand Marshall.

To register for the boat parade, simply call 246-5640 or 928-6874. The only information needed is name, address and phone number. Leave a message if there is no one to answer the phone when you call. There is no judging this year.
