What a great day! The Friends of the Buckeye Lake Library’s 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 21, was very successful. The proceeds help fund the Buckeye Lake Library’s operating expenses. Many area businesses have continued to support this critical fundraiser and their support is sincerely appreciated.

This year we added a 5K run to the walk and professional timing. We also upgraded our website and added a Pay- Pal option which attracted runners from a much wider area.

A special thanks to the Buckeye Lake Eagles for the use of their facilities and parking lot; Mid Ohio Golf Car for a golf cart; Union Township Police for traffic control; the Hebron Fire Department for standby medical assistance; and Licking Park District for use of the Ohio Canal Greenway Trail.
