BALTIMORE – Liberty Union-Thurston School Board members are taking another look at a student athlete drug testing program. The district had a random testing program for three years, but dropped it several years ago for financial reasons. Random testing costs about $6-7,000 a year. NEWARK – Last year, Licking County Recycling & Litter Prevention collected 2,904 tons of material from it’s 25 drop-off recycling sites throughout Licking County.
