Super Storm Sandy pushed the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new The Landings at Maple Bay condominium community back one week to Nov. 8. Newark based developer Stone Works Partners purchased the stalled Landings at Maple Bay project at a bankruptcy auction late last year. The new developer plans to offer luxury ranch condos at more affordable prices. The 98- unit community will include a five acre harbor with boat docks, a canal linking it to Buckeye Lake and a clubhouse with a workout facility and swimming pool. Stone Works has now paved the entrance way and the roadway to the fourunit model.
