Emmet E. “Dave” Pinkstock

Emmet E. “Dave” Pinkstock, 67, of Baltimore, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2014, at the Pickering House. He fought a very long and courageous battle with muscular dystrophy.

Dave was born August 16, 1946. He retired from Anchor Hocking after 32 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. Dave was a loving father, brother, husband, grandfather and friend to all.

He is survived by his daughter, Debra (Phillip) Brown of Lancaster; sons, David (Candy) Pinkstock of New Lexington, and Chad Pinkstock of Columbus; sisters, Carolyn (Rex) Sweazy of Lancaster, Pamela (Jim) Kinniard of Pleasantville and Loretta Nance of Lancaster; loving companion, Brenda Roby; grandchildren, Sonja Brown, Heather Pinkstock, Brittany Jackson, Tonya Jackson and Tony Pinkstock; and many nieces, nephews and extended great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmet M. & Mary E. Pinkstock; sister, Barbara K. Pinkstock; brothers, Ronald “Hop” Pinkstock, Bruce Pinkstock and Tom Pinkstock; and grandparents, Isaac & Bertha Pinkstock.
