Buckeye Lake

• Nov. 9: A driver was cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Nov. 9: A driver was cited for traveling 52 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Nov. 10: A driver was cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Nov. 10: A driver was cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone.

• Nov. 10: A Highland Avenue woman said someone shot her cat. Police determined that the cat had not been shot and was in good health.

• Nov. 10: An anonymous caller reported a man wearing camouflage, sitting in a red car, and crating a disturbance. Man was advised of the complaint and he agreed to stop disturbing people.

Hebron

• Nov. 1: Police responded with the Licking County Sheriff’s Office to an alarm drop on Walnut Road in Buckeye Lake. The building checked secure.

• Nov. 1: A delivery driver reported finding an open door at Ohio Metal Technology. Police found a cleaning person that didn’t know the door was open. The building checked OK and was secured.

• Nov. 1: A Baltimore woman told police that a young man had moved in with her ex-husband who has be en deemed incompetent. The complainant, who has power of attorney, said the young man refuses to leave and provides marijuana to the older man. Police spoke with the young man who was uncooperative. During the interview, police saw a marijuana pipe in plain view and cited him for drug paraphernalia.

• Nov. 1: Police assisted a Licking County Sheriff’s Office deputy with an arrest on a warrant at the Speedway gas station.

• Nov. 1: A driver was cited for traveling 65 mph in a 50 mph zone on Ohio 79 at US 40.

• Nov. 2: Police saw a man riding a bicycle along Ohio 79 at 2:20 a.m. He was advised to stay off the highway at night.

• Nov. 2: A driver was cited for traveling 50 mph in a 45 mph zone on South High Street at Sunset Drive.

• Nov. 2: A driver was cited for traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on North High Street at Enterprise Drive.

• Nov. 2: Police stopped a vehicle for following another vehicle too closely. The vehicle being followed wasn’t using its headlights and the female driver didn’t leave the vehicle after stopping in a parking lot. Both drivers were ultimately charged with OVI.

• Nov. 3: A driver was cited for driving under suspension. When police were inventorying the vehicle for impound, a baggy of marijuana was found in the ashtray. The driver was charged with possession.

• Nov. 4: A Raspberry Circle mother told police that her juvenile son was trying to retrieve a keyboard from a friend who was keeping it from him. Police spoke to the friend’s mother who gave the keyboard to police.

• Nov. 4: Police were called to a Raspberry Circle address on a report of a man threatening people with a knife. Police spoke with a woman there who said the man had left the area. Police discovered the woman was wanted on a Perry County warrant. She was arrested and turned over to a Perry County deputy.

• Nov. 6: A man was arrested and issued a summons after arrest after he allegedly stole a box of pain pills from the Duke station.

• Nov. 6: A Greenbriar Lane man complained that someone had spray painted on the concrete outside his residence overnight.

• Nov. 6: Police were flagged down by the coin laundry concerning a person slumped over the steering wheel of a parked vehicle. A woman said she had fallen a slept in her vehicle after being there for more than six hours doing her laundry.

• Nov. 6: A Licking County Aging Program employee told police that an elderly Hebron man was missing some checks and one had been cashed for $1,000. Police are investigating.
