Christopher Allen “Boohda” Fowler

Christopher Allen “Boohda” Fowler of Buckeye Lake passed away November 10, 2013, of liver cancer. He was born May 3, 1964, in South Charleston, WV, to the late George Lee and Mary Kay (Thacker) Fowler.

Chris was very well known in the Buckeye Lake-Millersport area. He never met a stranger and could always tell a good joke. He had the gift of gab.

He was a contractor and could fix just about anything. He was also a founding member of the B.O.A.R. M.C. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing, music, relaxing in his recliner, playing with his grandkids and riding his Harley.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Joann (Crawmer); their daughter, Natasha Cheyenne; his children, Valarie and ‘Buck’ (Christopher Buchanan) Fowler; stepdaughter, Jaymee Crawmer; and four grandchildren, Veronica, Viviana, Emma and Novah.

Chris was the youngest of 13 children. He was preceded in death by brothers, Joe Buck and Dale Allen. He is survived by Nancy Slack, Carol Graley, Marie Odum, Mary Ann Johnson, Sharon Lay, William (Bill) Fowler, David Fowler, Stephanie Ellen Cleland, Steve Fowler, Cathie Rokas and several hundred other relatives.

Memorial donations to assist the family may be made to: Sheila Fowler, PO Box 1177, Buckeye Lake, OH 43008. An informal memorial service will be held from 2 - 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Harmony Hall, 165 Worth Drive, Buckeye Lake.
