Buckeye Lake

• March 22: An officer stopped vehicle with a malfunctioning headlight and discovered the driver was operating under several license suspensions.

• March 22: A driver was cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• March 22: A driver was cited for traveling 54 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

• March 22: A driver was cited for traveling 47 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

• March 23: A Duke service station employee reported that security cameras caught a Newark woman shoplifting from the store.

• March 24: An officer stopped vehicle without a front license plate and discovered the driver was operating with an expired license.

• March 24: A Walnut Road man reported a tire slashed on his vehicle. A Juvenile female admitted to the crime.

• March 24: Police discovered a homeless man was stealing items from Buckeye Lake residences. When police arrested him they found him in possession of many stolen items, as well as drug paraphernalia. He was charged with theft and possession of paraphernalia, among other charges.

• March 25: A Lakeview Drive man reported his checkbook was stolen from his vehicle.

• March 26: A Myers Avenue man was arrested on a warrant out of Muskingum County.

• March 26: A driver was cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.
