Buckeye Lake

• Nov. 27: A West 7th Street woman reported that a female neighbor entered her home and assaulted her so severely that she will require significant corrective surgery. The Licking County Prosecutor is reviewing the case to determine what charges are appropriate.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

• Nov. 28: Two drivers were each cited for traveling 47 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 47 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 51 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 54 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• Nov. 28: A driver was cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam.

• Nov. 29: A Highland Avenue woman reported that she continually received harassing phone calls. However, the person making those calls told police she was trying to reach her daughter, who is in the other woman’s custody.

• Nov. 30: A driver was cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

• Nov. 30: Three drivers were each cited for traveling 48 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Walnut Road.

• Dec. 5: A driver was cited for traveling 46 in a 35 miles per hour zone on Mill Dam Road.

Hebron

• Nov. 15: An unknown motorist reported that a vehicle was driving through the baseball fields at Canal Park. Police didn’t see any vehicles in the park.

• Nov. 15: A THK employee reported the theft of a catalytic converter from his vehicle while he was at work.

• Nov. 15: A driver was cited for going 69 mph in a 50 mph zone on Ohio 79 at US 40.

• Nov. 16: A Canal Road apartment resident told police her vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot.

• Nov. 17: A Harry & David’s employee reported the theft of a catalytic converter from her vehicle while she was at work.

• Nov. 17: Police stopped a driver going 53 mph in a 35 mph zone on South High Street. He was ultimately charged with OVI and blew a 0.109 on a BAC test.

• Nov. 18: A driver was cited for a stop sign violation at 9th and North streets.

• Nov. 18: A driver was cited for going 69 mph in a 50 mph zone on Ohio 79 at US 40.

• Nov. 19: A West North Street resident reported the theft of medication on Nov. 14. He suspects his daughter is responsible.

• Nov. 20: An East Main Street mother told police that her juvenile son had stolen several pieces of jewelry from her.

• Nov. 20: A Canal Road apartment resident told police that a named woman was making threats of violence against her.

• Nov. 20: Two drivers were cited for going 71 mph in a 50 mph zone on Ohio 79 at US 40.

• Nov. 21: A Broadway Street apartment resident told police that someone had broken into her vehicle and taken money and medication.

• Nov. 22: A Buckeye Lake man was citd for failure to control after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the concrete wall in front of Domino’s.

• Nov. 23: A Canal Road apartment resident told police that his aunt had taken his vehicle without permission. He acknowledged that he owed his aunt money for the vehicle, but said it was in his name. Police called his aunt who said it could have it back if the came and picked it up.

• Nov. 24: Police stopped a driver for going 53 mph in a 35 mph zone on High Street and for a traffic light violation at High and Main streets. Police ultimately charged with OVI and having an open container. He blew a 0.224 on a BAC test.

• Nov. 24: Police cited a driver for using a temporary tag that had expired two months earlier.
