Rosa “Mae” Paulsen

Rosa “Mae” Paulsen, age 84 of Baltimore, passed away at the Pickering House December 2, 2012. She was born February 4, 1928, to her parents, Clara Bell Potts and William Franklin Cox in Ashland, KY. She loved crocheting and had two restaurants in California, retiring in 1979, yet still had a pretzel hut at the Bremen

Farmer’s Market. She was loved very much by her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia K. Smith and Barbara A. Baker both of Baltimore; grandchildren, Patrick (Ann) Pearson of CA, Deanna (Gary) Yost of Thurston, Debra M. (Buddy) Long of Lancaster, and Vicki A. (Edward II) Montgomery of Lancaster; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild expected; brother, William F. Cox Jr. of Lancaster; and sisters, Elizabeth Kelly of NC; Delany Huberly of CA, and Betty Jo Cox.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Paulsen; parents; sisters, Sophia Hutchinson and Juda Savage; and brother, Robert Cox.
