James “Jim” Foucht

James “Jim” Foucht, 51, of Thornville, passed away July 16, 2012. He was born on February 2, 1961, in Hamilton County, Ohio to Willard Foucht and Betty (Pettit) Harris. Jim was a member of the AMVETS Post 51, Thornport and was a NASCAR enthusiast. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars for family and friends.

Jim is survived by his loving family: wife, Kim Foucht; three children, Holly (Joe Wollard), Kenna, and Joby Foucht; four grandchildren, Dan, Eli, Mat, and Peyton; father, Willard Foucht; mother, Betty (George Kenneth) Harris; two sisters and one brother, Debbie Washko, Nancy Maddux, and John Foucht; mother-in-law, Connie Shoults; and brotherin law, Kenny Shoults (Candy Romine).

A funeral service, celebrating Jim’s life, was held July 20, 2012, at the Thornville home of Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial followed in New Baptist Cemetery, Thurston.
