Albert W. Shook
Albert W. Shook, 94 of Lancaster, and former resident of Baltimore, passed away on December 22, 2011, at Rockmill Rehabilitawww. tion Center.
He was retired from Gaylord Container with 28 years of service. He was an avid bowler, loved the Cincinnati Reds, and gardening.
He is survived by his son, Jim (Bida) Shook of Baltimore; daughters, Lois (John) Kirwin of Lancaster, and Ruth Ann “Sadie” Shook of Columbus; grandchildren, Rick and Randy Hannan, Shawn and Danny Shook, Kathy Hammond, Holly Miller, Kyle Shook, and Andrea Piccirillo; 16 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sister, Anna Landis of Pleasantville; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Ruth Shook; daughter, Eunice Hannan; son, David Shook; granddaughter, Deanna Kirwin; parents, Frank and Libby Shook; brothers, Harold, Raymond and Virgil Shook; and sisters, Goldie Ledgett and Virginia Lisk.
