Catfish Charley’s to become a Donatos

By Scott Rawdon

BUCKEYE LAKE – A Buckeye Lake eatery is having a major makeover. Catfish Charley’s, owned by Adam and Carol High of Harbor Hills, is slated to turn into a Donatos Pizza April 18.

“Myself and my business partner are excited to have our Donatos join the Buckeye Lake community,” said franchise owner Brian Crumley, who will operate the restaurant with business partner Mike Sosinski. “We are a local franchise group from Newark and Heath,” said Crumley.

He said the new Donatos menu would offer the same choices as other Donatos restaurants – pizza, salads, and subs – with the addition of lunchtime buffet, a new Everyday Value Menu, and a full bar. “This Donatos will have some resemblance of the Catfish Charley’s,” said Crumley. “We want to keep its lake feel, so we’re calling it ‘Donatos at the Lake’ and will carry some of the lake theme on the inside.”
