Auda James “Jim” McDonald

A funeral service for Auda James “Jim” McDonald, age 52, of Hebron, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service with Rev. Harry Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Hanover Cemetery.

Jim passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Genesis- Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. He was born August 9, 1958, in Newark, to the late Harley Ray and Janet (Harvey) McDonald.

Jim was self-employed in the recycling business.

He is survived by six children, Auda James McDonald, Jr., Joshua Allen (Roath) Mc- Donald, Katherine Ann Gainer, Travis James McDonald, Trevor Matthew McDonald and Trent Eugene McDonald, all of Newark; seven grandchildren; former wives, Billie McDonald and Barbara Davis; brother, Wayne McDonald of Hebron; sisters, Grace (Sam) Kimble of Thornville, Irene McDonald of Newark, Rayejean Borders of Florida and Kellie (Ron) Conley of Newark; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist with expenses.
