Roberta Bebout, of Thornville, age 75, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 at Fairfield Medical Center.
She was born on January 7, 1936, in Crooksville to the late Wayne and Goldie (Adkins) Whitehouse. Roberta was a member of the VFW Post 1388 in Buckeye Lake; she enjoyed fishing, reading and crocheting.
Roberta is survived by her best friend and companion, Charlie Bachman; children, Debbie (Terry) Moyer, Randy (Polly) Starner, Beth (Mark Peacock) Palmer, Kevin (Karen) Starner, Kelly (Robin) Starner and Bobby (Robin) Starner; step daughter, Debbie (Fred) Linton and family; grandchildren, Ryan, Stefan (Amanda), Courtney, Angela, Kayla, Megan, Kristopher and Renee; great grandchildren, Riana, Alexia and Bridget; siblings, Linda (Herb) Sims, Ron (Caryn) Whitehouse and Kris (Bill) Lawrence; and her beloved dog, Hershey.
In addition to her parents; she is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bebout.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the VFW Post #1388, Ohio 360, Buckeye Lake, with Pastor Brad Jones officiating.
