Liberty Union student wins integrity award

COLUMBUS – Tiffany Lawless of Liberty Union Thurston High School was one of five central Ohio high school students recently awarded a Student of Integrity Scholarship.

The awards were made by the Better Business Bureau’s Center for Character Ethics. The program, in its tenth year, is open to high school students residing in BBB’s 21 county service area. A panel of business leaders and members of the academic community judged the entries.

The Student of Integrity Scholarship awards is an annual Future Workforce recognition program that selects and honors Central Ohio high school students who personify high character through leadership, community service, and overall personal integrity and academic accomplishments.

The five recipients will each receive a $1,000 scholarship toward advancement of their education.
