LoCash Cowboys headline Hebron festival

NASHVILLE – Stroudavarious Records artists LoCash Cowboys, the charismatic duo comprised of Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, bring their renowned high-energy show to the Hebron Music & Arts Festival on Saturday, September 25. The Cowboys will appear at 6:30 p.m. on the Main Stage in downtown Hebron. Admission is free.

Captivating and dynamic entertainers with great vocals and world-class moves, LoCash Cowboys have been busy hitting the road working dates at major festivals and top venues across the nation, and are now in the midst of a nationwide radio tour supporting their brand new single, “Keep In Mind”.

Penned by hit-makers Jeffrey Steele (“The Cowboy In Me,” “What Hurts The Most,” “My Town”) and Shane Minor (“Beautiful Mess,” “Brand New Girlfriend”), the single has just shipped to country radio in advance of its September 20 add date.

“Keep In Mind” is a powerful and moving ballad about a parent’s loving and reluctant goodbye to a child anxious to venture off into the world. The song is culled from LoCash Cowboys’ forthcoming Stroudavarious debut, THIS IS HOW WE DO IT, which was produced by Steele.

LoCash Cowboys have earned a reputation as being one of the most entertaining live shows in country music and have been winning fans in droves with their over-the-top performances.

“These are the kind of shows that turn into good memories,” Brust commented about the duo’s upcoming show. He added, “And we cannot do enough to show our support for the troops. We’re looking forward to a packed house to let the brave men and women in uniform know that we’re thinking about them every day.”

Lucas added, “We’re all about getting out there and doing something different. Actually, with no set playlist, each concert is different. Fans can expect the unexpected. We feel out the audience and work hard to make sure everyone is having a fun time.”

Brust and Lucas have varied musical interests. Brust grew up the son of a Church of Christ pastor in Kokomo, Ind., singing a capella in church. Lucas grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and loved everything from Sinatra to Justin Timberlake.

LoCash Cowboys’ recent single, “Here Comes Summer,” cracked the Top 40 at radio, while the video peaked inside the Top 5 on the GAC and CMT Pure Country countdowns. The band have shared bills with Charlie Daniels, ZZ Top, Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, and Tom Petty, among others; performed at halftime of NBA and U.S. Olympic team basketball games; and performed on Fox News Network’s New Year’s Eve broadcast in front of two million people in Times Square.
