Donald L. Skeen

Donald L. Skeen, age 68, of Baltimore, died Thursday, February 18, 2010, at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born on June 18, 1942, to his parents, Clarence and Carrie Skeen. He was raised by them in Groveport. He and his wife, Barb moved to Baltimore, in 1970. He worked as a carpenter and was an owner of D and B Builders for many years and he was a founding member of the Weekend Cruisers Car Club.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barb Skeen of Baltimore; daughter, Annette (Craig) Nicholson of Lithopolis; son, Don (Michelle) Skeen, Jr. of Baltimore; grandchildren, Tanessa, Logan, Amanda, Corey, Nicholas, Elizabeth, and Samantha; brothers, Bob (Pam) Skeen of FL and Bill (Denise) Skeen of FL; sister-in-law, Connie Skeen of Baltimore; and numerous nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Gene Skeen.

Funeral service was February 22, 2010, at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor William Lavely. Burial followed the service at Maple Grove Cemetery in Baltimore.
