"An Evening of One Acts" casts and crew HEBRON - The Lakewood High School Drama Department presents "An Evening of One Acts" Nov. 20 and 21, 7:30 p.m. at the Lakewood High School Performing Arts Center. Each evening, students will perform the one act plays "Balloon Shot," "Pajama Party," and "This Is a Test."

Balloon Shot Pajama Party starts off as the usual slumber party, complete with a scary ghost story and a parade of pajama costumes. Then a police car starts prowling the neighborhood in search of the Blue Light Burglar. And then comes the mystery girl!

This is a Test is one of the most produced high school one act plays in the nation. As the ticking clock reminds you, you have only 60 minutes to complete this oh-so-important predictor of your future. But you didn't get the review sheets, the teacher doesn't seem to like you, and your classmates are blatantly cheating. Time is passing and the voices in your head keep reminding you that though you may be having trouble with the test, your personal life is far, far worse. Then you reach the essay question. The good news is that it's an opinion essay. The bad news is that it's in Chinese. And things aren't going to get better...
