Praise for choir’s performance

Editor:

This past weekend provided another fine dinner theater performance by the Millersport High School Illumination Choir called “Death by Desert”. The music room was transformed into an Italian Restaurant run by two different people that turned out to be brother and sister. The main character, Marie is murdered by eating a piece of chocolate cake and thus the name Death by Desert.

The audience was treated to a dinner of rigatoni, salad, roll, vegetable and of course chocolate cake, all prepared by Dawn Grube. The play was wonderful and the music was excellent. The choir is made up of students that are football players, volleyball players, golfers, cross-country runners, track athletes, basketball players, baseball players, softball players, band and quiz team members.

When given the opportunity, our students excel at many activities that will prepare them for life beyond Millersport High School. We are proud to be living in the Walnut Township School District.
