Judy Baugus, age 67 of Thornville, passed away Friday, August 7, 2009, at the Pickering House, Lancaster.
She was born on May 15, 1942, to the late Charles and May (West) Dusz. She loved music and sang in the North Linden Untied Brethren Church choir for many years and was a two-time cancer survivor, while battling Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years. She was always willing to share a smile or joke, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Judy is survived by her children, Edward Baugus; son-in-law, Jeff Thompson, Ric (Melissa) Baugus, and Joshua (Rachel) Baugus; grandchildren, Jeremy, Brigette, Katie, Danielle, Ayden; two great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Jada; many nieces and nephews; and several long time friends from the Pataskala Oaks Nursing Home.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, William; daughter, Gloria Thompson; brothers, Ralph and Paul Dusz; and sister, Romona Goheen.
Services were August 10, 2009, at the Boring-Sheridan Funeral Home, Thornville, with Pastor John Costlow officiating.
