Private family services celebrating the life of Olveta Keller, 93, of Hebron, will be held Thursday, June 25, 2009, in the Millersport Cemetery, with Rev. Raymond Sunkel officiating.
Olveta died early Monday morning, June 22, 2009, in Licking Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Fairfield County, on May 2, 1916, the daughter of the late Perry and Blanche (Luechli) Bugh. She was a graduate of Baltimore High School and was a life-long homemaker and farm wife. She enjoyed gardening, baking and was famous for her fried chicken dinners.
She is survived by her loving family: children, Betty (Arnold)
Hickerson of Fredericktown, Neal (Sally) Keller, Nelson (Mary) Keller both of Hebron, Sharon (Mike) Thompson, and Larry (Iva) Keller both of Newark; her sister, Clarissa Fisher of Lancaster; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester in 1970, and her sisters, Edna Zeigler, Berneice Bugh and Marcella Strosnider, and brother, Charles Bugh.
