James Mount, 67, of Glenwood, W.V. formerly of Baltimore, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 13, 2009, with his family at his bedside.
James served in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Germany. He worked many years for Anchor Hocking Glass. He also loved the outdoors, including hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his son, James Ivan Mount; grandson, Cody Allen Mount; mother, Georgia Weekly Mount; brothers, Landen Mount and Douglas (Pat) Mount; sisters, Maxine (William) Watts and Rebecca (Terry) Mohler; sister-inlaw, Helen Mount; several nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.
James was preceded in death by his father, Sim Mount; brother, Max Mount; and sister-in-law, Beulah Mount.
A funeral service was held June 16, 2009, at the Halteman- Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. Burial followed in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
