Eric Charles Winter

Funeral service for Eric Charles Winter, 49, of Kirkersville, was May 18, 2009, at Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, Pataskala, with Pastor Wayne Zavotka officiating. Burial was in Pataskala Cemetery.

Eric passed away unexpectedly May 13, 2009, at Mount Carmel East. He was born July 14, 1959, to William and Donna Winter in Ontario, Canada.

He is survived by his lifetime companion, Lori Mannos; daughter, Erika; son, Jared (Jessica); his parents, William and Donna; brothers, Scott (Carrie) Winter and Douglas (Jani) Winter; sisters, Dawn (Dwayne) Henkel and Heather (Matt) Carberry; grandchildren, Aiden, Rylee and Tayler Winter; and several loving nieces and nephews.

His nickname was "Uncle Charlie" and he was an avid Ohio State football fan. Eric worked for Byers Imports for 26 years and was an Army veteran. He was known by many and will be missed by all.
