      That's the only way you can describe the Village of Buckeye Lake's efforts to take over Hebron's contract with Union Township for fire/EMS services. Hebron's fire department has been providing fire/EMS services for the unincorporated portions of Union Township south of the CSX railroad line for years.

One more Letter: Writer identifies problems in Thorn Township rezoning
      Editor: I recently read the letter from Thorn Township Trustee Tim Phipps wherein he alleged that "some remarks" are "unfair and bias (sic) to one side." He added that the board had acted "with respect an integrity in of (sic) these cases." He didn't mention me by name, but it is clear who he is referencing.
