One more Letter: Praise for Millersport High School production

Over this past weekend Millersport High School performed a short musical called "Love at the Café." The auditorium was transformed into a 1950's café.

As a layperson the music was very good and the short play was very entertaining. They took the performance very seriously and wanted to turn out the best product they could. The senior leadership of Zach Gabriel, Leslie Willis, Levi Rose and Matt Skinner set a positive example for the underclassmen.

Most of the cast was either members of the choir or band that has an average GPA of 3.45. Most of these students are either on the honor roll or super honor roll.

I have also been in every classroom from kindergarten to sixth grade and have been impressed with the opportunities our students have to learn and grow. Every effort has been made by the staff to ensure that all students reach their potential.

I am convinced that our Millersport students want to be the best at whatever they do and it is our responsibility as a community to support their journeys.

Walnut Township is a great place to live and raise our children.
