Buckeye Lake

• Nov. 26: A Walnut Road man reported his daughter wasn't home long after he expected her to be there. The man found her the next day at a man's apartment in Lancaster. It was not a happy reunion.

• Nov. 27: Police responded to an alarm drop at Dollar General. An employee accidentally tripped the alarm.

• Nov. 28: Police assisted the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office investigate a suspicious person and vehicle at the Millersport Commodore Bank.

• Nov. 28: Police assisted the fire department with a false alarm on Rosebraugh Circle.

• Nov. 28: Police assisted Hebron Police by conducting a BAC test. The person tested at .163.

• Nov. 28: An Elliott Street man reported someone stole the faceplate from his car stereo.

• Nov. 28: Some Leisure Village residents reported they hadn't seen a neighbor in more than three weeks. Park management agreed to check it out.

• Nov. 28: Walnut Road residents were told that their personal dispute was a civil matter for a lawyer, not a police matter.

• Nov. 28: A Walnut Road woman reported her husband shoved her. No charges were filed.

• Nov. 29: A West 2nd Street woman wanted police to convince a man to leave her house.

• Nov. 29: Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a Walnut Road residence. One of the parties was gone when police arrived.

• Nov. 29: Police responded to a report of an attempted suicide. The victim was upset over a marital separation, but the injuries were not severe. The victim was transported to Licking Memorial Hospital.

• Nov. 29: A Hebron Road businessman said a customer took a signed credit card receipt and left with the merchandise.

• Nov. 30: Police called the fire department to extinguish an unsupervised bonfire.

• Nov. 30: Police transported a mildly intoxicated man walking with no shoes and no coat to his apartment in Hebron.

• Nov. 30: An Ohio Street man claimed he was a victim of telephone harassment.


• Nov. 25: Police took a report on an attempted theft of a big screen television from a garage. Police said the victim apparently knows the wold-be thieves.

• Nov. 25: A driver was warned for parking in a fire lane at Millersport High School.

• Nov. 26: Police responded to an alarm drop on Lancaster Street.

• Nov. 26: Police checked out a suspicious person in a vehicle on Lancaster Street at 1:30 a.m.
