Richard Bader

Richard Bader, 82, of Baltimore, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at his home.

He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, was a past member of the Fairfield Grange, and he worked for Anchor Hocking for 24 years and enjoyed farming.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Pat Bader of Baltimore; son, Stephen (Kimberly) Bader of Baltimore; daughter, Vicki Bader of Baltimore; two grandchildren, Scott Michael and Samantha Nicole Bader of Baltimore; brother, Glen (Donna) Bader of Baltimore; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Edna Bader.

Services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Johnson- Smith Funeral Home in Baltimore.

Burial will take place at Union Evangelical Cemetery following the service.

Family and friends may visit from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
