Ultimate Home Tour set

NEWARK - The Buckeye Valley Building Industry Association's new Ultimate Open House starts in Buckeye Lake Friday night.

A Girls Night Out party is set for 6 - 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8 at the new North Shore Landings development at the North Shore boat ramp in Buckeye Lake. Tickets are $10 at the door which includes a free specialty drink and appetizers. Proceeds benefit the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research.

Participants get a first look at Wachtel & McAnally's beautiful lake front homes. More than 30 companies offering products and services for women join the fun. There will also be a chance to win a free cruise.

Ultimate Open House runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9 and Sunday, Aug. 10. It's a great opportunity to look at new homes or remodeling projects to get ideas for your home. There are more than 20 homes available to tour. Visit www. ultimateopenhouse.org for details and directions. The tour is free, but donations of canned or boxed food for Food Pantry Network of Licking County are encouraged.
