      Noel S. "Cob" Brown, 84, of Baltimore, died Thursday, May 8, 2008, at Heartland-FairfieldNursing Center. He retired from Crown-Zellerbach with 42 and one-half years of service and was a World War II U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Baltimore VFW Post No. 3761, American Legion Post No. 11 and F.O.E. Aries 2120.

      Mildred "Tootie" Cross, age 87 of Heath, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at her great niece's Obituaries Heath residence surrounded by her family. Tootie was born April 27, 1921, in Parkersburg, West Viriginia, to the late James R. and Myrtle R. (Byers) Small of Buckeye Lake. She was the oldest of 12 children and played a very big role in her siblings upbringing.
