Frank C. Koss Sr.
Frank C. Koss Sr., 70, of Millersport, died Friday, March 7, 2008, at Licking Memorial Hospital.
He was a Vietnam veteran and retired from the U.S. Army. He worked as a production supervisor at Plating Technologies Inc. and also Tractor Supply. He was a member of the Baltimore VFW Post No. 3761, Loyal Order of the Moose, Thornville, and Board of Public Affairs in Millersport.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kay Campbell Koss; son, Frank C. Koss Jr. of Millersport; grandson, Frank C. Koss III of Manchester, Conn.; sisters, Clara R. Martin of Tennessee, Mary B. (Earnie) Guess of North Carolina and Peggy A. Baker of Cincinnati; brothers, Frederick Harold (Kitten) Koss Jr. of Virginia, Lanny G. (Sylvia) Koss of North Carolina and Michael Parker of Arkansas; half-brother, D.J. (Mary Ann) Petuilli of Ft. Myers, Fla.; and many nieces, nephews and a special great-nephew, Tristen Scott Elliott of Buckeye Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Mary Koss Sr.; three brothers; and a sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster. Burial to follow in Carroll Cemetery with the Baltimore VFW Post No. 3761 conducting military rites at the cemetery.
