Wrongly ticketed driver deserves refund of fine

There is no doubt and should be no question about the man that Kirkersville illegally ticketed getting back the finehe paid. Everyone involved appears to be still skirting the law and rules of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC). They appear to want to enforce the ORC, but not obey the ORC if it does not favor them.

Remember ORC 4511.12 second paragraph, "No provision of this Chapter for which signs are required shall be enforced against an alleged violator if at the time and place of the alleged violation an officialsign is not in proper position and sufficiently legible…"

Quit playing politics and admit wrongs. Right those wrongs, then learn the rules.
