Carl E. Underwood

Carl E. Underwood, Jr. 68, of Baltimore, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, at his home. He was a retired conductor from the Norfolk and Western Railway.

e was a member of the

Reynoldsburg Masonic Lodge No. 340, Scottish Rite, Valley of Columbus, the Aladdin Temple Reception Unit, el hajj Columbus Caravanserai No. 5, Kentucky Colonels and Imperial Council; Liberty Union VFW Post No. 3761 and Disabled American Veterans Capital City No. 3.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie; children, Carl (Barb) Underwood, III, Beth L. (Shawn) Grace, Shannon (Kim) Underwood and David (Michel) Underwood; grandchildren, Gavin, Carl IV, Laurén, Aleah, Shawn, Jr., Cory, Devon, Brittany, Kaleb and Michael; great-granddaughter, Angel; brother, Richard Wayne (Norma) Underwood, of Radford, Va.; dear cousins, Robert and Ronnie Shrader, of Salem, Va.; brothers-in-law, Richard Worley (Carmen Stuart) of Princeton, W.Va., and Thomas Rodney (Lori) Worley of Clemmons, N.C.; a niece, nephews, and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ruby Adolphine and Carl E. Underwood Sr.

His funeral was Oct. 25, 2007 and burial was in Kirkersville Cemetery.
