Wetlands: More Than Water- Saturday, July 14, 8am - 3pm, Join Arboretum staff as we explore wetlands in Central Ohio. We will botanize plant communities in these habitats and explore the associated wildlife. Participants will learn how to identify plants and critters that live under the water, above the water and on the surface of the water. We will discover how wetland plants and soils interact with each other, helping to make our environment a cleaner place. Participants will have the opportunity to experience aquatic life in and around natural wetlands, such as those created by glaciers, as well as wetlands created through restoration projects. Dress to get wet and muddy. This class may not be appropriate for very young children. $35/$20 members (lunch on your own), reservation required, Visitors Center.
Precious Article Preservation: Photographs- Saturday, July 14, 10am - noon, Photography is one of America's most popular hobbies and why not- photographs are some of life's most precious moments frozen in time. This program is full of tips on the care, display and protection of those precious family photographs. $8/$5 members, reservation required, meet at the Visitors Center.

Art in the Park - Infirmary Mound Park. Join us as we celebrate summer with an evening of good music, July 14. The Lancaster Community Band adds a variety of concert band music to the evening air. Relax amidst the natural surroundings of Infirmary Mound Park as you listen to toe tapping marches, familiar Broadway musicals, and more.
