Jack M. Foulk
Jack M. Foulk, age 65 of Somerset, entered into eternal peace on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
Jack was born July 29, 1941 in Columbus, to Neale and Evelyn (Day) Foulk. He attended Hopewell United Methodist Church, was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and the Reserves and served as a Franklin County Commissioner for many years. He loved hunting and being outdoors. He was a 32rd Degree Mason, a Franklin County Deputy Sheriff and a member of the Tactical Entry Team. He also did calf roping in the rodeo.
Jack is survived by his wife, Jane A. (Wells) Foulk; sister, Gail (Ike) Plants; brothers, Terry (Arlene) Foulk, Jim (Pam) Foulk and Gary Foulk; nieces, Tracey and Kelli; and many, many friends.
His funeral service was May 21, 2007 with Pastor John Edwards officiating at the Hopewell United Methodist Church, Glenford. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery, Ostrander, with military services conducted by Somerset American Legion, Post 58.
