LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID WHEELCHAIR LIFTS

The Lakewood Local School District Board of Education, 525 E. Main St., PO Box 70, Hebron, OH 43025, will receive sealed proposals at the above address until 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, May 21, 2007 and at that time opened and publicly read by the Treasurer of the Board of Education as provided by Section 3313.46 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Sealed bids for inclined platform wheelchair lifts at Hebron Elementary School with instructions to bidders, conditions for submitting bids, specifications and bid proposal forms are on file and may be obtained from the Treasurer's Office, 525 E. Main St., Hebron, OH 43025.

The Lakewood Board of Education reserves the right to accept the bid which it judges to be in the best interest of the purchaser. Quality, price and previous history will be used to determine the lowest and best bid. Purchaser shall be the sole judge of quality and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee to the form of a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, or cashiers check. This bid guarantee must comply with all state and federal laws.
